Cowman's Kind Bull and Horse Sale

BarSix Charolais /Angus, Tom and Tony Green along with their families and with our guest consignors
are once again joining together to produce the Cowman's Kind Bull and Horse sale at the Green Spot
Arena 3455 SW Hwy 97 Madras OR at 1 pm Saturday the 22nd of January 2011
We have sorted out five 2010 spring born heifers to offer for sale, these heifers are moderate, deep
ribbed and maternal. They could be show prospects, the start of or an addition to your cow herd.
We have added more good seasoned ranch geldings to the sale and a Ranch Bronc Riding Friday night at
6 pm.
This year's production sale will feature 75 two year old Charolais bulls and 30 fall yearling Angus bulls.
These bulls were bred to be efficient on forage and to return a profit in the feedlot and on the rail. They
have been raised on productive cows that perform under practical management conditions to produce
the cowman's kind of bull.
Even with market improvements in the cattle industry profitability is still a challenge one of the tools
in your control is the use of genetics. The genetics bred into our bulls will enhance the efficiency and
production of your resources, add value to your herd, and have a positive impact on your profit margin ,
We want to earn your business through that profitability.
We are also offering 15 seasoned ranch geldings brought by friends we have invited to join us, these
horses have been used on working cattle ranches from Idaho, Washington and all over Oregon. We feel
this is an excellent group of horses, some very broke and ready to go back to your ranch and work for
you and others who could go any direction, back to the ranch or trails, recreational, kids, peewee rodeo,
arena, hunting you name it once a horse has been exposed to ranch life they are usually ready for
anything.

Friday 21st 3-5 pm horse preview / bulls available for viewing
Friday 6 pm WSRRA sanctioned Ranch Bronc Riding
Saturday 22nd noon lunch available
Saturday 1 pm Bulls sell followed by heifers and horses
